落語って なに？｜What is Rakugo?
落語は、日本の伝統的な芸です。お笑い（コメディ）としても有名ですね。
おかしな話や、人情（人の気持ち）に問いかけるような話を、１人で座って話します。
前のブログでも、この人を紹介しました。桂 三輝 さんです。
この落語は、「じゅげむじゅげむ…」という、とても長い名前の男の子の話です。
この話はとても有名で、落語をあまり見ない人でも この話を知っています。
落語には「落ち（or オチ）」があります。
「落ち（or オチ）」は、話の最後の おもしろい結末のことです。
落語も漫才（２人でするお笑い）も、「オチ」がとても重要です。
昔は、落語のことを「落とし噺」と言っていました。
「落ち」がある話というのが、落語の名前の由来です。

Rakugo is a traditional Japanese entertainment. And it is also famous as comedy.
They sit on their heels (seiza) and talk alone about silly things and something that appeals to our hearts.
I’ve introduced this person, Katsura Sunshine-san in the previous article.
This Rakugo is about a boy who has a long name “Jugemu Jugemu…“
This topic is very famous that those who don’t watch Rakugo even know about this story.
Rakugo has “Ochi” which means a punchline at the end of the talk.
This “Ochi” is very important for both Rakugo and Manzai (another comedy skit by a duo.)
A long time ago, Rakugo was also called “Otoshi-Banashi.”
The origin of Rakugo came from the reason that it has “Ochi” (a punchline).
落語には 何が必要？｜What do you need for Rakugo?
この人は、落語家です。
落語をする人のことを、「落語家」や「噺屋」と言います。
落語家は、何を持っていますか？
落語家は、扇子と手ぬぐいだけを持って話をします。
この２つは、彼らの小道具です。
扇子を使って そばをすするジェスチャーをしたり、手ぬぐいで 汗を拭いたりします。
この２つの小道具は、色々なものを表すために使われます。
たとえば、扇子は、筆、刀、箸になります。
手ぬぐいは、手紙、財布、巾着、スマホの代わりになります。

They do a gesture of slurping soba (noodles) by using a fan or wiping their sweat with a washcloth.
These 2 gadgets are used to represent various things.
For example, the fan would be a pen, a word, or a pair of chopsticks.
The washcloth would be a letter, a wallet, a drawstring pouch, or a smartphone.
